PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS

Photovoltaic systems allow you to transform, directly and instantly, the energy of solar radiation into electricity without the use of any fuel.

They produce electricity where it is needed, require practically no maintenance, do not damage the environment and offer the advantage of being "made to measure", according to the real needs of the customer.

The fundamental component for this conversion is the photovoltaic cell, a thin plate of semiconductor material and of small dimensions.

The photovoltaic cells are connected in series to form a robust and manageable structure called the photovoltaic module.

The photovoltaic panels are connected in series and are interfaced with an Inverter, an electronic device that converts the direct current coming from the photovoltaic field into alternating current so as to make it immediately available for domestic users.

In order to optimize production, the solar panels must be arranged with orientation as far as possible towards the direction of the geographical South and with an angle inclination with respect to the optimal terrain (this figure varies according to the geographical location of installation).

A photovoltaic system can be designed to be isolated from the electricity grid and store the energy produced inside batteries (Stand Alone), connected to the national electricity grid for the input and remuneration of the energy produced and not consumed (Grid Connected) or, with current technological innovation, you can choose to install a "Hybrid" system that combines these two characteristics, where the energy produced by the system is stored in the batteries and, when fully charged, the extra energy is transferred to the electricity grid to then be remunerated (Storage).

Elettromeccanica 3C realizes civil (single-phase) and industrial (three-phase) photovoltaic systems.

A photovoltaic system is a technological system that creates electricity through some basic steps:

1. photovoltaic panels capture and transform solar energy into electricity;
2. the inverters convert direct current into alternating current;
3. the voltage regulators allow the optimization of production even in the presence of low solar radiation conditions.

The Sun is an inexhaustible, free and zero-impact fuel.

In addition, a photovoltaic system allows autonomy from fossil fuels and makes the supply system much more efficient.

Elettromeccanica 3uses the latest generation technologies and its team of specialized technicians is able to design and build photovoltaic systems tailored to the needs of its customers.
